Is there someone voting in the AGM tomorrow? I seriously started to think about completing my Proxy Form now.
Not that RXL hasn't done anything in this FY, but a few announcements in 5 months is not good enough for a 110m market cap explorer. Rxl failed to deliver on its promises for multiple occasions and honestly I don't think it's reasonable to pay so much for the management, when the company hasn't generated practically any operating income in the past few years. Yet the director wants to get paid up to 800k (with bonuses) and we as shareholders have to foot the bill through numerous rounds of dilution (past and future) and continuous erosion of shareholder value (SP).
