Very valid point
At the time of the acquisition Quadpay was valued at an enterprise value of $403 million with annualised revenues of $70 million compared to Zip enterprise value of circa $1.5 billion on $180 million revenue
it is accepted that Zip has reached saturation point in ANZ and growth will be limited or negative and all the growth potential is in USA.
Your point is valid why did Quadpay need Zip.
