Yeah i agree but i dont think sbn is ever going to be big on communication.
If its was me i would have put we wont authorise it because i have no capacity to do do but feel free to forward this to email siyi to say we have no problems if they dont.

Thats what i think he's saying but in the normal blunt sbn/jh way.

Im probaly wrong but thats the way i read it and yes it could have been handled better but as i said i doubt whether that will ever improve.
