100% if they were still unsure of what lies ahead they would have raised a few mio dollars from the same channels as before and kept doing what was done previously and slowly .. now if you want some stock at 45 cents and an option at 90 buy some ELS at 60 cents on market and you can get set.. I am sure some will sell bits and pieces to fund their rights at some point but i would think the top 10-20 shareholders who own over 60% wont be doing that and of those that dont want to take up the right well safe to say there wil be plenty of interest for those who do exercise to take more if possible
