I'm deducing from what information we have. Based on the EA last June and the subsequent suspension for the appeals process to go through. So on the EA below is the section where it states that no activity can commence nor continue without approval of the minister or probably once appeals squashed and suspension lifted.

Now, is the infill drilling an activity that can be started without the suspension being lifted.

The question now is, is the drilling an activity with the same description as above and if it is, then we actually would have already the appeals squashed and just waiting for the MR which is a MUST that be granted as we have met all requirements. Waaaaaahhhhh. I'm getting goosebumps here.
