Not sure if it is still another groundhog day but the barrier at 0.017c is bigger than anything that the Qld Govt can put on their borders.
Between 0.015 and 0.017 there are 1300 out of the total 1366 bids lodged which is 95% of all bids placed. These bids account for 111M of the 153M or 72% of all shares on offer.
On the sell side there are only 729 sellers for 99M shares.
If that is not market manipulation to hold the SP down what is?
