Finally back at computer, saw nothing had moved and thought 'tough audience', but no, someone set the fire alarm off and there's no audience. There will be a few IT staff having a sweaty palm day before they put this right. If they have to reverse out and then reapply a bunch of transactions, this could be messy, especially if there are chains of transactions hanging off errors.
Good luck to them. Hopefully the errors are minor and were caught early.
