    In my opinion, if the SPARCS convert the last laugh will be with the BEPPA holders.... the conversion of SPARCS to BBI with heavily dilute the shareprice.

    Because of the lower share price when BEPPA convert the BEPPA holders will ultimately end up owning most of BBI.

    So I have just converted the balance of my BBI shares to BEPPA...
