For that very reason there will more likely be a payout to a minimum number of converters. It is not in anyones interest, banks, BBI shareholders, beppa shareholders or Sparcs holders for BBI to allow conversion to BBI shares.
However the company has and will flag that possibility to ensure it does not happen.
