When I think of WBC the first thing that springs to mind unbidden is scandals. Then quickly I remember that they are a bank. Without even looking at their financials I know that they would have half a trillion or more of almost cost free deposits. So, you would have to think that as their peers ascend towards $30 PS that they too will more or less follow along.
I have not slavishly followed the rules of sentence construction but have allowed myself some freedom as I strove (have striven?) for effect.
