The estimates are conservative for a 640 acre area.

For the time being smooth drilling is critical, hope no more repeatition of unwanted dramas from last time like the stuck pipe/milling & drilling the casing failure.

Its necessary that they reach TD here & then focus on development aspects & hooking up the well to existing pipeline.

In the meantime its good to know what they have & even better when it turns out 2b bigger then pre-drill estimates.
