Votes- Pressure before AGM 2020

listen up people.

its in your best interest to be aware of your voting rights in particular getting resolution 13 right

if you want a board spill work out what res.13 is asking of you.

likewise if you don’t...BECAUSE, if you don’t want a board spill, then

vote accordingly carefully, because sure as the smell of fish at the fish market the Chinese Offtakers smell a good haggle prior to this AGM.

I am all for an Offtake happening after the AGM.

why?!!!

because it takes the pressure point off AVZ management, not to be cornered. if a SC Offtake is nearly baked and many of you seem to expect such, then don’t expect an announcement before the AGM —any announcement now can mean lots of pressure by counter party, and if Chinese then the game is being played to draw out the final result.

dont Let the Chinese screw with the company, and via res. 13.

Through complacency by many ( not uncommon) there is every chance Huayou, CATL via lithium plus, and YIbin and any others, can mess with AVZ.

take responsibility and if that means not allowing a board spill with Res. 13 then make sure you vote according to your wishes as Res.13 is more abstruse than a Latin dictionary.
