While there is no obligation for the distributor to buy anything, those contracts have minimum purchase amounts per year. Which means there is expectation from Zno that those distributors will purchase the amount in the contracts. The distributor would not have signed the contracts if they didnt think they could achieve the given amount. Zno would not have signed the contract either if the distributor did not have a track record of distribution of products and believed the amount in the correct was achievable.
How would Zno stay in front of the game by having enough product to supply distributors across the world if they didnt have a realistic understanding on what estimated sales are going to be.
Software contracts where ARR is the same every month is only a portion of the revenue, additional revenue streams (maintenance, additional services, product development for individual companies) also contribute to revenue which WSP have to make an assumption what % that is going to be, plus new customers. So it is relevant, WSP have to make a revenue estimate based on the information at hand and previous quarter sales. Why is this so hard with Zno. Other than revenue will be more than last year. I would think they can do better. To be honest expect it.
1. Unrealistic expectations / Incorrect assumptions. 5 Months of the same revenue while going through a epidemic. We should have seen some revenue growth, however we have seen a revenue decrease, this is not unrealistic expectations. Care to comment ? (Other than your usual, just ask management at the AGM, this is because you dont know why revenue is dropping)
2. I have never blamed anyone else for investing in Zoono, I have asked and will continue to ask detailed questions on why the business has stopped growing and is not performing. Mistake or not it is the right every shareholder.
3. It is not a mistake if a share in your portfolio go down. It happens from time to time. Hopefully it will return to where I want and I can offload it.
