1) Mop up all you can around 30
2) Make an offer to get all the broke and/or impatient around 35. Also getting enough to avoid any future control premium in the price.
3) Finally getting Tomkinson etc out with a sweeter cash and/or script offer."

Well EL, it doesn't look like much was mopped up at 30c, and I severely doubt a 35c t/o offer will excite anyone now.
