But who’s head? Take a look at the senior exec team and their responsibilities (available on their website). At least 4 of them have responsibility for technology and trading platforms. Ominously for the new CHESS system there appear to be two with oversight of the DLT project. Add in the external lead contractor and the very hands on role of the ASX CEO and you’ve got a true dogs breakfast. When you’ve got multiple people with responsibility you end up with zero accountability.
What are the chances of getting a transparent explanation of what went wrong? I bet we get spin and obfuscation.
