max conversion good for beppa?, page-22

Apologies from me.
I spoke with BBI again late today. There are NO other options (other than those listed in the announcement) to stop dilution if that's what SPARCS holders elect to do.
My comment that massive dilution will not happen was wrong. I hadn't read the SPARCS Trust Deed. BBI holders have to hope SPARCS don't elect to convert the majority of their bonds.
Time will tell but I honestly cannot see a huge conversion rate....but, all the more reason to own BEPPA.
