45% of global wealth destroyed in 18 mths, but all the debt remains....
Given that a large part of global "wealth" was as a result of cronic over-gearing, I wonder how much money has to be created to replenish the equity component.....or do they just say "bugger it, lets print our way out of the mess and let inflation do the rest...."
