I tried to send questions, but the "Name your Shareholding is in" is presenting me with problems again. I tried Zoono Group Limited, ZNO, as well as my own full name as per shareholder documents, but when I hit "send" it is blocked with the notice "Please match the requested format". What is the required format? I previously had this problem when I tried to provide details for the dividend as well.
