The company has just acquired a cash flow positive gold mine which is material and transformative. Any normal company would be going through a price discovery phase regardless of gold price (except for a crash which -$90-100/ oz is not), instead 15.5/ 16c is getting smashed by whatever clowns this BoD decided to issue shares to.
