Too late to speculate now....... BUT... devils advocate..
If they needed the money they would go ahead with a deal that valued them at less than the current market price.
Unlikely with cash from Longtom near..... but... anyone read the OZ thread on Prom Hill... yes I get that no bank is knocking down NXS's door my point is that all manner of dopey deals are done for a little cash at the mo'
The same argument is mounted to explain ROC's apparent irrational sale of its NXS stake. ie it's selling now because it needs the cash,,,,,, yes ROC could just wait to sell its shares in NXS at a higher price once the deals are done and NXS "True" value is in the market..... BUT..
