the covenant negotations will take months due to 20 + plus banks being involved but they will get a resolution somehow, even if the interest margins blow out a bit.
other asset sales will filter through. certainly buying at these levels should be good for the longer term as the dividend is reasonably secure apart from small dilution from dividend reinvestment plan.
still even if it was a sustainable 6 cents per share at a share price of 30 cents, 20%.
