The timeline has moved in Alturas favour to bring AJM out of receivership.
Because there are 2 dates I suspect nothing will happen before Feb next year.
No doubt another investor will be needed to tip the scales but after creditors are paid the rest will be on the balance sheet.
In 2 weeks time Tianqi has to pay 1.9 billion which could mean they might too go into recievership.
With all the excitement with sales and investment into EV in Europe and China all eyes will be on these 2 mines.IMO.
Temporary Covid rules may have relaxed and no doubt Ganfeng has already applied to FIRB and need to wait for their case to be heard.
