WTF is wrong with you. Try APRA for a start, I'm sure there are some peeps there qualified and a bit further removed from the debacle that currently exists. The market was in no way informed yesterday about the why, when, how of how this happened and who is going to fix until it was all over for the day. Billions of dollars just up against the wall but no problem hey.
