What the hell!!!!!. It was a quote from a link. You can believe the link or not. If you think the original article posted in the link is misleading then complain to the author of the article. I dont really care. What i do know however is that despite me not paying any tax in the year I received a payment in my bank account in October from the tax dept crediting me money for a dividend franking payment.
