It's a one way street heading all the way back to the poor Aussie taxpayer. I doubt that there many (there would be some) Aussie taxpayers who are now claiming the aged care pension from those countries. In any case the idea is to stimulate the AUSTRALIAN economy isn't it?
Surely any computer system worth its salt, could have handled this gross anomaly.
Its' nearly as silly as the system that allows Aussie residents with an Italian background to hold seats in the Italian Parliament. Where does their first loyalty lie?
