It clearly shows that some investors are impatient. The risk is that if you chase other small to moderate gains elsewhere you could potentially loose much bigger gains here.
I can understand it if it is a short term trader who just recently bought in but if you have had a long position you would also be aware of the 50% discount to any profits held after 12 months. So why loose that as well.
