It trades the way it has in recent times due to overwhelming announcements that are not necessarily earnings accretive.

Ie. the Openpay announcement. I believe traders acted on this speculatively and were always going to exit..

But this deal is earnings accretive and brings instant profits to the company, whilst helping MSL to achieve their future strategy, as they increase their customer base and can leverage off their IP.

We may see a dip, but wont be as drastic as with the OPY announcement..
