this is a minor win as ADY had overpaid Wyndham Ex two years ago. It took them a long time to discover their own error and seek compensation. Amazing how inefficient they were under the past CEO.
As it is a win... WELL DONE ADY.
Now they most likely need to go to the Chilean courts in order to recover the funds from Wyndham Ex as it resides in Chile? Maybe lawyers can clarify the process!!!!
