If they sold 100% for worst case book value and freed up $1B and took out all the corporate debt and made intentions clears that both sets of listed bonds are to be repaid, share price would go way past 8 cents.
Then they can begin to address the pref share dilution problem the market considers the company has. Right now the market is assuming 100% full dilution. They need to deal with that.
