    Guys,

This whole theory that non-holders shouldn't be discussing in any given forum is ridiculous - people don't just automatically hold stocks (maybe some do) but rather actively seek out all the information they can prior to entering.
The way I see it, most of the naysayers were at some point interested in this company - many of them held or still do and now the uncertainty of the situation has put them off - why wouldn't it?
The only way that this uncertainty was discovered was through research and discussion with others and the likes of The Market Herald report is considered a one way discussion open to interpretation which leads to further discussions!!!

People are only going to be taken seriously with structured level headed discussions/debates.

@Lottery, sorry to pick you but just using the comments above as the case in point example.
You could choose to add weight to your defence by just sticking to the facts or countering opinions.
It hits people where it hurts more by doing so - in a good way.

For example, you could choose to respond to the above as I have done below and that would not only add credibility to you and your argument, but also supports your investment:

"Prove to me that it's not a pyramid scheme"
Provide conclusive proof that it is.
Crowd1 (ergo Miggster) still legally operates in circa 150 countries where they have not been declared a pyramid scheme as they do technically offer a product, Australia is currently one of them! Moreover, if Miggster is successful in what they are trying to achieve, it just adds further products/services to their repertoire which continues to validate their business model.

"Prove to me all Miggster games are not freely available"
For starters, no-one knows conclusively what games will debut in Miggster as no-one as been able to gain access as yet.
So far, yes, what can be seen is freely available, so what? They never stated that the allure of the platform was to play free games at a cost - that's just stupid - they claim to allow the opportunity to use these "highly addictive" (albeit debatable) games to enter competitions whereby you have the chance to win "something". That cannot be achieved on the free play versions available elsewhere at present.

"Prove to me all Miggster games are not sub-standard in the gaming industry"
    According to whom?
Purely subjective comment, no-one can speak on behalf of the entire industry.
Look at Masketeers, it was deemed a flop and yet look at the uptake and revenue generated!

My intent here was not to single anyone out, I am just getting tired of all of the crap getting thrown around, discussion is great and necessary, sh!t slinging - from both sides - is just a waste of everyone's time and a bloody put-off to be honest...

I'm watching how this plays out with interest, but this forum is rapidly eroding it.
