So If ASIC investigation is found to have been initiated by ASX without any real just cause. Then in turn ASX using the ASIC investigation as an excuse to suspend ISX. Now ASX seems to be continually adding items to the scope of ASIC investigation. Then informs market they won’t unsuspend ISX while under suspension.

Be interesting if the court will reveal( emails , phone calls , meeting) The chain of events and motives.
