If that is true, which it appears it is as I have heard it from various sources, it seems inconceivable that anyone in a position of trust and power could allow it to happen. Is there not a group of people that look at possible scenarios that could allow a failure like this. Well obviously I think I have answered my own question.
I can just imagine the phone order, "yeah mate i'd like a family supreme with extra Covid but no anchovies."
Ah well when I become totally incompetent in life I might become a politician.
