It is not for the BOD to respond to every potential sales inquiries. It is management's responsibility to ensure that sales inquiries are properly responded to or redirected to the right person or organization for adequate resolution. I see no reason why someone who has a legitimate interest in the Redflow product having to struggle to get a simple answer. This is a management issue and could eventually become a BOD issue if they multiply and perpetuate. It is hard to tell if this is a systemic issue, but if it is, Mr. Harris should jump on it and get a handle on it. Big sales opportunities could have innocuous and curiosity-laden characteristics.
