Dont worry about people that just focus on the share price. What I am interested in is the performance of the company and not speculators assessment of the share price.
We now have $6m with which to grow the company, as an Accountant if I was asked to value the company today it would be much higher than it was 2 weeks ago so I couldn’t care what the share price is doing as I haven’t sold any shares yet and won’t be until the we deliver on the plan which we will.
what i would like to see now is possibly conversion of some of the con notes and options by The CEO which will show me that even with $6m the company is possibly gearing up for something very large by further increasing its cash. This would then indicate that maybe the next deal won’t be small partnerships like the Forever holdings and last talking heads deals that only required investments of under $350k each.
Shareholders and potential investors should be asking themselves what is the company planning to do with all that money apart from retiring the majority of the Billfront debt. The answer to that might get people to then realize that the share price is in no way reflecting the companies value.
He already acquired shares on market before and then we got the latest announcement that we are 12 months ahead of schedule.
Any conversion of notes and options by DC now would be the signal for me to start loading up again just as I did when he purchased the 1m shares on market last time.
