I have worked at Board level for the majors on social/sovereign risk and am dealing with UK rating agencies and Institutions on these matters now. This is not a high priority for me, but I believe the company needs to identify and manage emerging issues of social risk, before they become a problem. Not "downramping", not all that interested, but it would be a pity if a project with so much positive potential were derailed by the activists.Won't post again. Other things to do, but the risk remains.
