Based on last Annual Report there are about 1,700 shareholders. If shares would be trading at 15c plus, I would estimate at least 40% take up i.e. 680 @ $5,000 which equates to $ 3.4 million and an additional 34 million shares on issue. Quite a dilution if you are a large shareholder.
My guess is that the less shares taken up in the SPP would make the Directors the happiest.
That is why the share price is languishing where it is !!
