It is very relevant to this thread, as you say “hit the sell button and don’t look back”.....but your actions show something different. The Mods surely won’t have a problem with that. “Repetitive” comes to mind when reading your commentary lately.....yet your posts remain.

I would suggest that some of the slanderous posts on Steve and Stu should attract more attention than the one above.

I’m not blindly supporting the BOD. Sure, there have been some missteps along the way - and a couple of them have unquestionably held back the SP and influenced some prospective SH’s to stay on the sidelines......but I’m sure they are still watching. The upside is too big to ignore.

They have done some great work leading us to the point we are at now.....but now, we are at a different stage of project development and I agree, it would be a good time for some changes at Board level to improve the skill mix needed to go the next step along with the credibility. This comes with having known “heavy hitters” on the Board - look at VUL! This, of course, doesn’t come cheap. The rewards need to be there to attract the right talent and, if the bonuses are structured well, it will be lucrative not only for the BOD, but for the SH’s as well.

I support Steve for all the reasons others have also noted. He has the relationship with the Provences, he knows his stuff and it would be good to maintain the stability in his role. But, the call for changes in the BOD is getting loud for a reason.

Bring in the right people and this will realise the poten We all see as SH’s.......and some might even “jump back in”!
