The deal proposed is so idiotic that even the journalists are finding it amusing! Why complicates the matter? You think ANZ would be bankrupt by another 250million write off? They deliberately try to complicate the deal to try and confuse credtors in my view and another more self serving interest which the moderators would likely moderates.
