I am on your side, I wondering if the bank will stump up another $250 million, I think they would just drop the offer and the proposal and settle with the litigators for 60c less 30c just to stick it up you. The litigatots would jump at that to get their teeth into a nice settlement in quick time.
I agree it is just numbers, but the alternatives are have to be considered in defining that.
