Interesting. Getting dissenting owners over the line with a new number should technically mean going back to the start of the process. In other words, a minority shareholder may have already selected to stay with the proposed privatised entity, however might wish to change their mind and cash-out given there is an increased financial incentive to do so. They are now locked-in to privatisation at this point (this part closed Monday). I'm certainly not saying I'm one of those, but this is - and to a very large part, always has been - about making sure ALL shareholders are viewed and treated fairly.
Also I strongly suspect from ballots sent to date (ie: the NO, NO's) , VRL could see they were heading for disaster
