Yes that’s right.......funded til end of 2021 at present......excluding the 10% equity increase payment.

The payment becomes payable immediately when they secure I think $50-$60mil of Finance........which says to me they are very confident of securing the overall project funding package within that period.

There will not be a cap raise purely to pay for the 10% on its own.
