if there is no cap raise for the 10-15% then where are the funds going to come from? Do you seriously think a financier is going to hand over $50M USD when a mining permit has not been granted ?

remember, avz has already Ann that the pit assays are to go into the mining permit application. And the pit assays have not even come back yet!
