If all the resolutions pass there is an even less chance to be cash flows positive in the near future...

If the Company doesn't make any decent price sensitive announcements soon we will see the share price go down further IMAO...

If there would be a need for a capital raising after February 2021 (as cannot raise prior) we might see the share price go back to sub 0.03 cents

Don't worry about the New non-executive director he will be paid a great fee annually (great return for him...)

Please I would love to be proven wrong...
