A broker acquaintance had previously confirmed that this was an outstanding buy in the teens

I have altered my expectations as well

Buying these big ticket items as an investment isn`t as sexy as the high adrenaline risky stocks however it`s nice to see a win and any win beats some of the loser trades I was executing late last year :)
