Not IMO. Its tested 9.5c /10c a couple of times and has bounced off that line, which was previously resistance. Todays announcement saw good volumes and increasing price and with further news likely only weeks away I can't see this falling back to 10c again. But we don't live in a perfect world so everyone needs to make their own decisions

The decline from more recent highs is not on high volumes (relatively), suggesting those that have got in on the most recent upswing from 5 to 16c, in the main, are holding tight.
