Its being contained (sp) at moment, someone does not want movement either way. The support at 3.2 is just that, the sells at 3.4 are capping. Trading is restricted to those .2c unless someone bigger than capper takes out the cap.

I would suggest some greater accumulation going on because if it wasnt and someone just wanted out they would sell into the buy orders. Exactly what the frustrated traders are doing selling into the accumulators buy field.
