No both companies were not forward looking statements.
LGP Ann they sent the product this week, it's done, pest tense, while AGH claiming they'll be 1st company when they send next month.
that's my whole point.
how could they possibly claim this?
your best case scenario doesn't cut it as reasoning.
If you want to refer to other parts of their business or continue to highlight that I claimed they lied & fail to note that obvious point above, that's ok.
