1] Minrex Resources (MRR) after three months of solid INDEPENDANT due diligence on these prospects declined to proceed with their purchase;Go to MRR announcements March 2018 to June 2018.
2]why did MRR with these prospects identify their nickel potential LAST after discussing scandium,cobalt and the NSW tenements ahead of these tenements.
3] why did the BOD of TYX fail to engage any independant expert to evaluate these prospects but instead relied on the Vendor's employees report which the BOD described as their due diligence.
4] why has the BOD of TYX done nothing more than one field trip to their location in over 12 months since they have been acquired and done nothing more than re-hash other geologist reports about their possible prospectivity which has more to do with nearology than any scientific or geological research or facts
