Jojo, I’ve touched on the machine interface of operating at 10,000 ft AMSL...have you considered the human interface?
Aeroplane crew and passengers are required to use supplemental oxygen above 10,000 ft...and they are “resting” in a seat, passively.
Additionally, have you ever experience altitude sickness?
You have recklessly simplified mobilising crew, machinery, food and building supplies to a remote location, located at 10,000 feet AMSL.
You’ll end up seriously harming someone.
