The SP reflects where the company is at currently, it does not reflect where the company is going though. With no revenue, no announcement of Akida completely validated and tested and no commercial contracts signed or made public the SP shouldn't be higher. This is still a spec stock and until those types of announcements come out the SP will be around this price. No one is going to buy shares for >$1 without the company turning a large profit.
